Rich’s is currently working with his agent on the proposal for his first book, Forgotten Fruit of the Spirit: Battle Passivity, Disrupt People Pleasing and Reignite Your Faith.

Rich has a chapter in Wisdom from Our Scars, an anthology releasing soon from the National Coalition of Ministries to Men (NCMM). Each chapter comes from a leader (45 in all) sharing a deep failure or struggle from their lives and includes a “Message to My Younger Self.”  The goal of each chapter and message is to encourage younger generations of men to avoid some of the same pitfalls as these leaders.

In the past he was published with multiple devotionals in a Bible published in 2014 by NCMM, and a series of five devotionals for Man in the Mirror in their Equipping the Man in the Mirror publication in October 2011 around his speaking topic “Resist the BAIT, Avoid the Trap.”

In 2025, Rich started a different sort of writing project. After years of writing books of the Bible haphazardly, he realized if God blessed him with enough time, he might wind up writing the entire Bible with some in spiral bound notebooks, other on loose leaf sheets of paper. He purchased two sets of journals (different colors for Old and New Testament) and began “In the Beginning” by writing Genesis and Matthew. How long will it take?  He doesn’t know – but it will not be finished in a year. This practice has been eye opening as it forces you think about each sentence, phrase, and word.
